Easy Swedish Meatballs(continued)
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups milk
Cooked noodles or rice (optional)
1. Mix Seasoning Mix and water in large bowl. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Remove meatballs; drain fat.
3. Mix Sauce Mix and milk in small bowl. Add mixture to skillet. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Add cooked meatballs to sauce mixture; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired. Or, serve as an appetizer.
